We started our first day of summer with 8 hours of working at school! Jacob came back and visited. We got a lot of planning done! We worked on things for next year and updated the ipads. Again, it was so weird to be in classrooms with NO students. It's so quiet without you!
Later that night I went to my friend's house. We visited with my friend Alex that is currently a student at the Air Force Academy. He works really hard. He even plays hockey for them! I had missed him so much! Everyone we were with was a hockey player. They were friends I had since high school. The best part was a replica of the Stanley Cup (NHL hockey) trophy they had in their house! They make brackets to see who will win the Stanley Cup, and the winner gets the trophy in their house for an entire year! It was fun to hold it over my head and pretend I just won the NHL hockey championships!
